Sticking, rattling, draughty or rotten, put right

Sash Window Repairs

Most sash window problems are everyday repairs, not a reason to replace the whole window. A snapped cord that won’t hold the sash open, a sash painted shut, a rattle that lets the wind whistle through, or a patch of soft, rotten timber. I have fixed all of it, thousands of times, over 25 years.
